Processing & Delivery
Orders from JG Aroma Supplies LLC are dispatched on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).
Please allow 5-7 days for order processing and an additional 5-8 days for standard delivery.

Backorders
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email with the expected ship date, and the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Subscription Shipping
Manage your subscription items' shipping schedules under 'Manage Subscription' in your account, where you can pause or reschedule deliveries as needed.

International Shipping
International shipping rates vary and include applicable duties & taxes, which will be shown in your local currency at checkout. Delivery times differ by destination, with duties & taxes included in the product price or calculated at checkout.

Opt for Safe Ship at checkout to ensure your order is covered for:

Without Safe Ship, we offer refunds in store credit minus shipping costs for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Replacements may incur additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges
Initiate returns and exchanges via our Return Portal, subject to review.
New, unused products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Exceptions
Scent Diffusers and oils are returnable within 30 days if unopened and with intact seals. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions: Car Diffusers, candles, room sprays, and reed diffusers.

Returns
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Exchanges
Exchange any item on our site; return shipping is covered by us. Exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days of the return shipment.
Store Credit
Store credit for returns, with return shipping covered by us, is issued within 1-3 business days of the return shipment.

Damaged Items
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damages via the Return Portal to arrange a replacement.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, financing fees, installment programs, mystery items, sample packs, and wine products are final sale and not refundable.

Direct Purchases
Items purchased directly from JG Aroma Supplies LLC can be returned to us. Products bought through other retailers must follow their respective return policies.
